ZProgramsKraftLake.com is an online forum where Kraft Lake agents can connect and possibly access new markets for hard-to-place risks that are administered through Zurich Program Administrators (PAs) and Zurich General Agents (GAs).
ZProgramsKraftLake.com provides an opportunity to gain access to programs that may
help you grow your business. The site also provides education about certain classes to help your agency with risk selection and underwriting.

Zurich insurance programs are generally industry-specific books of commercial lines business, ranging from tanning salon insurance to boat dealer insurance to hazardous transportation insurance.

Kraft Lake Insurance Agency is a national agency located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Kraft Lake offers products and programs to agencies currently appointed by the Farmers family.

Commission varies by program. If you would like to learn more about the commission for a specific program complete the
"On-line Request for More Information" form. Your commissions will appear on your monthly statement, just like any other business issued by the Farmers companies.
10. Does my commission
count towards other Zurich commission programs?
No. The commission you generate through
ZProgramsKraftLake.com does not count
or apply towards any other commission or profitability agreement you may
have with Zurich.
11. How will claims be filed?
First, your office can simply report the claim to Kraft Lake. KLIA will report
the claim to Zurich and manage each file to ensure proper and prompt service. Claims can
also be filed by your office directly to Zurich by calling their claims office. All
you need is the policy number.
